WARRANTY

STRIKE TECHNOLOGY Ltd; warrants the purchaser (with receipt of purchase) of said companies products from defective materials or workmanship for the period of one year from the purchase date. STRIKE TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to determine whether damage to product has been caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or subsequent alteration. Products repaired under warranty will be undertaken at no cost to you the purchaser other than shipping. Product to be replaced or repaired must have owner identification and postal address clearly legible for return on a prepaid postal or courier bag. Please provide an explanation of the difficulty you have experienced with the product to help our technicians with the repair of your reel ( parts numbers may be obtained from the exploded diagram and schematics list on the original equipment box ) or in the case of a rod a brief note with diagram.
